Bench for dumbbell bench press TC157.3 is intended for performing exercises for deltoid and pectoral muscles with dumbbells. Dumbbell exercise lying down develops the muscles of the upper shoulder girdle - deltoid, pectoral, trapezius muscles and other muscles of the upper back. The secondary load is carried by the triceps. The simulator is made specifically for working with free weights, so its design excludes any wearing parts, as well as backlash during training. Since the exercise belongs to the category of "increased trauma risk", a platform is provided for the insurance partner.
