The Concept2 Dynamic RowErg offers the closest simulation of rowing on water and was designed to meet the specific training needs of competitive rowers. Unlike a “regular” Concept2 RowErg, the footrest on the Dynamic is free to move, and there is minimal body weight movement during the stroke. The Dynamic requires similar concentration and body control to rowing in a boat, making it a great tool for sports training and education. Using the Dynamic Link accessory, it is easy to connect two or more Dynamic machines to train as a team.
