According to Art. 8, Clause 2 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights,”, the return and exchange of non-food products that have been in use are carried out by agreement of the seller. Custom-made orders are not subject to exchange or return.

In this regard, please note that the BruStyle & MIROS factory performs exchanges and returns of goods only if:

  • the integrity of the packaging is not compromised;
  • there are no obvious signs of use;
  • the commercial appearance of the product is preserved;
  • the product was not damaged by the buyer during operation.
