The most obvious biceps exercise on the machine is the bicep curl. This Biceps machine TC213 is specifically designed to work your biceps. Similar to free weight curls, the bicep curl on the machine focuses solely on your biceps, on their own. To perform a bicep curl on the machine, sit on the machine and grab the handles. Shift the weight by bending your arm at the elbow. Keep your triceps flat on the rest area and your elbows in to really engage the muscles. Make sure you feel tension in your biceps – if you feel it anywhere else, you probably need to change your technique.
